It may have only been a three-day work week for us, but as our first weekend back in Charleston as newlyweds, we felt the need to celebrate. Of course, our celebration is just our style:
Champagne and palmetto cheese, plus a splurge on St. Germaine: some of our favorite life necessities.

It was a little weird; I stuck with the jalapeno. Jamey says the bacon would taste better in an omelette.

mmm…that palmetto cheese is the best! did not know about the bacon flavor. i’m not sure you can beat the jalapeno one on a ritz cracker with a pepperoni though 🙂
